Healing in the Space Between

When stress, disconnection, or old patterns take over, therapy helps you reconnect - with yourself and with others.

Your Path Forward

Starting therapy doesn’t have to be overwhelming.
Gregory’s mission is simple: to make quality mental health care approachable and accessible. By keeping the process straightforward and free of unnecessary barriers, beginning your path forward becomes something you can step into with confidence.

Is Therapy the Right Step For You?

Do you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Stressed, anxious, procrastinating, or just sensing that something isn’t quite right? Perhaps you feel disconnected - from others, from your emotions, or even from yourself.

Therapy provides a place to slow down and make sense of your experience, offering support as you navigate challenges, process emotions, and strengthen your sense of well-being

How Therapy Helps You Grow

Therapy isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about understanding the "why" beneath your feelings and patterns that shape your life, creating a space where real change can take place.

Whether you're navigating life transitions, dealing with relationship challenges, or seeking  mental health support and personal growth, therapy provides guidance as you move toward a freer, more grounded version of yourself.

Meet Gregory

Welcome! I’m Gregory Bendau, AMFT.

I provide a thoughtful, reflective space to explore not just what you feel, but the deeper patterns shaping your inner life. Grounded in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic principles, my work focuses on how past experiences, relational patterns, and unconscious dynamics continue to influence the present.

Therapy with me is relational and exploratory; a space to be truly seen, understand yourself more deeply, and open the door to meaningful change.
