Training & Workshops
Skills-based learning for students and early-career clinicians.
Practicum Readiness Training
Bridge the gap between the classroom and the therapy room.
This live, skills-based training is designed for Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT) master’s students who are preparing to begin their practicum. Led by therapist and Pepperdine Alumni, Gregory Bendau, AMFT, this workshop focuses on the real-world clinical skills and emotional readiness needed to step confidently into your role as a therapist.
You’ll learn how to structure sessions, manage first-session nerves, navigate supervision effectively, set boundaries, and ground yourself in core therapeutic skills. This training is the orientation most students wish they had before meeting their first clients.
Spaces are limited. Don’t wait until your first session to feel ready - prepare now.
